Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using the ASVAB Test Study 2026 app (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your own non-commercial study purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App.
2. Price and Advertising
The App is free. It is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase.
3. No Affiliation
The App is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command, or the official ASVAB testing program. Practice questions are original content modeled on publicly documented ASVAB subject areas, not reproductions of any official item bank. Passing the practice questions in the App does not guarantee any particular score on the official ASVAB, and nothing in the App is career or enlistment advice.
4. Intellectual Property
The App’s practice questions, explanations, user interface, design and code are our intellectual property.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App's practice content matches the exact scope, difficulty or scoring of the official ASVAB. For the authoritative source, consult your recruiter or the official ASVAB testing program.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any outcome on the official ASVAB or in the enlistment process.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where the developer is established. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
